The best way to obtain mental health services or information about these services is to call the Access HelpLine at 1 (888) 793-4357 (7WE-HELP), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A mental health clinician is on duty at all times to evaluate an individual's need(s) and make the link between the individual and service provider. Individuals with hearing impairments can call our TDD line at (202) 673-7500 for services and information. The Access HelpLine's fax number is (202) 671-2972.
